She was convinced she did not have an artistic bone in her body, but she decided to take on collage as a hobby. “Who can't rip up paper and put it back together!” In 2015, Catherine decided to integrate her job with her art and set up an art studio in every hotel where her job took her, and created a ton of art as she traveled.
