Liz Nierzwicki is an entrepreneur, motivational speaker, author, and health and fitness expert. Founder of Solace Yoga Studio in Mishawaka, Indiana, the studio’s tagline is: Soothe Your Soul. Her mission: “To help people love their lives, create a future they’re excited about, and know that yoga leads to peace.” A broken back from a childhood sledding accident at age seven, led her through a long recovery. “I learned I had to squeeze the muscles of my core before doing any other movement. Looking back, it’s no surprise I eventually became a personal trainer, then a yoga practitioner and instructor.”
