Jillian Theorgood knew in childhood she loved helping people, so much that her mother was often concerned for her safety. But at college, she decided to follow her father’s footsteps into information technology. Soon, her passion for people guided her to a career in the human resources field for more than 20 years. When her son was born with congenital heart disease, she turned her frustration with the healthcare maze toward creating a tool to ease the way for parents of children facing similar circumstances.
